Storm Release: Shinedown is a technique that creates Seven Orbs of Energy created from the Storm Affinity. Each Orb is connected by lightning and absorbs all the moisture in the air and divides it evenly between each orb. The user casts the release of the jutsu and a powerful light from each is crashed down apon the target, destroying everything in the vicinity of the attack.
